<p>I have past experience in special education, curriculum development, data analysis, laboratory research, mathematics, environmental microbiology, technical writing, project management, business management, and full-stack web development. I have taken a circuitous route to land where I am today. But I am always driven by the desire to help others, produce outcomes of which I am proud, and contribute to a well-functioning team. I also love teaching in all of its forms. It is so exciting to help empower others to find and use their natural skills and talents. Whether mentoring a colleague, explaining a process, or presenting my findings to a larger audience, I seek out opportunities to inform others so that they can make thoughtful decisions for themselves.</p>
