I am a clinically-trained therapist and non-profit fundraiser; seeking career growth in finance, operations, and development.

I thrive when I am supporting people making consequential life decisions and investing in their loved ones. My experience in mental health and development is rooted in serving individuals, community-driven projects, and reinforced by roles in leadership and start-up programs.

I bring twenty years of experience providing direct mental healthcare and high-performance outcomes as a board member for non-profits. I actively commit to equity for personal, collegial, and organizational growth. As part of a team, I contribute a unique perspective on ethics, risk prevention, and response strategies.

My interpersonal skills are attuned to a wide range of professional relationships: from physicians, executives, and sales professionals, to children in acute crisis, senior citizens, and people suffering with housing, chronic pain, and substance abuse issues. I am a deep listener with extensive training in meditation and wellness practices. I have innumerable experiences in making swift, supportive responses to people entrusting me with the utmost confidential information—from psychiatric diagnoses and traumatic events to finances, medical conditions, and legal protections.

In 2007, I launched my earliest experiences in leadership and management when I served as Aquatics Director for the YMCA of San Francisco. During this time I was involved in vital training, program development, and fundraising projects that continued to inform my volunteer service on various boards, including as Ethics Chair for the Illinois Art Therapy Association, from 2012 - 2015.

Between 2018 and 2023, I served as Board Member for the arts organization, Public Space One. I implemented a capital campaign and on-going fundraising structures that yielded ownership of three historic homes; balanced a diversity of funds through memberships, in-kind contributions, and national grants; and increased staffing, including employee benefits. I wrote several Standard Operating Procedures during this time of growth, served as Chair for weekly board meetings, and consistently determined when to seek the advisement of professional and legal counsel.

I am a devoted parent for a child with Down Syndrome, who primarily communicates through ASL and an AAC speech device. During the years of 2016 - 2023 my child required special attention for severe developmental challenges, especially during the COVID pandemic.

I dedicate every step of my personal and professional path to trust-building, mental fortitude, and equitable growth. I am deeply motivated to join your team and I look forward to supporting your clients and the overall health of your company.
