I am currently the Supervisor of Group Experiences at the Louisiana Children’s Museum, where I lead a team by delegating tasks, providing coaching, and ensuring smooth group events. My responsibilities include scheduling, payroll processing, VIP guest accommodations, and supporting daily operations. I have extensive experience in customer service, problem-solving, and conflict resolution, and processing payments via cash, card, check, and invoice in high-volume environments while proficiently maintaining spreadsheets, calendars, communication with clients, and other important documentation via Microsoft Office.

In my previous role as Supervisor of Specialty Events at The National WWII Museum, I further developed my leadership skills, overseeing revenue reports, managing special events, marketing, and inventory management while enhancing communication across departments through meetings, email, and maintaining a healthy relationship with my customers and coworkers.

Additionally, my experience as assistant manager for Pelican Pointe Carwash, T-Mobile, and Big Chief Vapor Products included a contribution to sales, staff training, general maintenance, and independent problem-solving. I also maintained company websites, updated our social media, and created planograms which allowed me to improve my skills in Microsoft Office and other digital tools such as Canva.

I am currently looking to find an administrative role to utilize my past experience. I am passionate about creating positive customer experiences, fostering a healthy work-life balance, and embracing innovative technologies. I can bring a diverse skill set and a supportive, goal-oriented mindset to any team.
