<p>For nearly two decades, I have worked in New Orleans as an arts administrator, an educator, and a working artist. I am a founding member and Artistic Director of <a href="www.nolaproject.com">The NOLA Project</a>, a professional nonprofit theatre organization now in its 18th year. Additionally, I have worked as an arts educator and theatre director at both NOCCA (2007-2014) and The Willow School (2014-) for 16 years. I hold a BFA in Theatre Arts from NYU and a MS in Nonprofit Leadership from the School of Social Policy and Practice at University of Pennsylvania (Penn). I am dedicated to the practice of inclusive ensemble work and leading diverse teams of people towards a common and unified goal with humor, compassion, and energy. I am seeking more than a job. I am looking for an organization that I can invest my time, energy, and talents into so that I might help it grow and prosper in New Orleans. I am passionate about my adoptive home town and about theatre, education, biking, Shakespeare, architecture, and my family. And I'd like to think I have a great sense of humor and don't take myself too seriously.&nbsp;</p>
