<p>I am committed to assisting others in my community to improve their quality of life and access opportunities which allow them to grow as individuals. I have 15+ years of experience working with youth and teens in a variety of programmatic environments. During this time I have worked individually and in collaboration with others on statistical program analysis, evaluation, and program modification. My background in recruitment, event planning, partner organization relations, grant reporting, budget tracking, and adult/youth training exceeds 7 years. For more than 5 years, I provided contributions to programmatic success through tasks such as managing transportation and reservation for extended overnight trips, planning and conducting volunteer training and recruitment events, and maintaining records for enrollment, participation, purchasing, and inventory. I am currently working toward the completion of a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology with concentrations in Applied Research and Forensic Psychology. I hope to utilize the skills and knowledge gained in this program to support the success of my community and its residents.</p>
