<p>I am a veteran school counselor with 15 years of experience. I have worked at all grade levels. I am also experienced in working with students in rural, suburban, and urban settings. I provide counseling services to students individually, through classroom guidance lessons, or within a group setting. In addition to counseling responsibilities, I have experience as test coordinator for state mandated testing, ACT, PreACT, ACT WorkKeys, and Advanced Placement. I am also the webpage developer for our counseling department.</p><p>I have also worked as a Human Resources Manager (3 years). During my time as a HRM, I was responsible for talent acquisition and recruitment, interviews/offers, hiring, and onboarding/orientation. I conducted staff training sessions and assisted employees with career development plans. I was responsible for monitoring payroll expenses and adjust staffing needs to ensure profitability.&nbsp;</p>
