<p>I venture to create lasting change for communities and embrace corporate, nonprofit, and grassroots means by which to do so. In corporate settings I exhibit leadership and a willingness to do whatever it takes to bolster teams to give their best so the company can be a beneficial member of the community's economy and culture. I am data driven and use Excel daily to plot trends and drive strategies. I live for marketing analysis and seek to provide clear voices for campaign that drive change, and organize people to work for equality. Through non-profit work I oversee community initiatives to meet tangible needs of my neighbors locally and internationally. Through grassroots organizing I work collaboratively with community stakeholders to move society forward to address the issues caused by stigma, and to boldly demand a more equal world. I thrive when given opportunities to see initiatives through to completion. I believe in change. I believe a better world is possible.
