<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<font face="Times New Roman">My name is Connor Donovan and I am a 25 year old from Cambridge, MA currently living in New Orleans, LA. I have worked a lot of different jobs but all of them have lead me towards one realization: I love working with and helping people! I am collaborative-oriented and understand the importance of working alongside others in order to achieve a common goal in the workplace. No matter what field I've worked in I've always had to be creative with the ways in which I approach operating on behalf of an organization.</font></p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<span style="font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;;">I worked as an after-school instructor at the same middle school in which I attended as a kid. During the school year I created two, semester-long curriculums of enrichment activities for kids age 6 to 12. This job reminded me of the importance of childcare and the role that many adults played in shaping who I am today. During my time as a youth supervisor for Find It Cambridge I facilitated community outreach in aim of making local resources more accessible to families throughout the city. I also managed the social media and did some volunteering at the local homeless shelter. On top of my human resource/childcare experience I also have worked a number of jobs in the service industry. Working as a server or host has shaped my ability to be personable and interact with all kinds of people.&nbsp;</span><span style="font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;;">In my free time I do a lot of music production specifically in songwriting and sound engineering.
