I was also assigned to a complex, high-visibility, enterprise project which had derailed and had produced unhappy stakeholders. I quickly put it back on track and pushed it to completion by increasing communications, eliminating roadblocks, establishing collaboration and providing technical tools to clear up conflicting processes. The project was closed with an “exceptional” acceptance rating from the sponsor. <br><br>My laid-back, easy going management style is paired with a clear understanding of company objectives and a deep commitment to reaching excellence.
