<p>I am a dedicated business leader with more than seventeen years of entrepreneurship, management and sales experience. In 2002, my family and I opened the first Piaggio franchise in New Orleans. Through hard work and strategic ideas, ​the business expanded to add brands including BMW, Ducati, and Triumph to the growing dealership, now known as The Transportation Revolution New Orleans (TTRNO). I directly helped the business succeed by creating the premier European scooter and motorcycle dealership in the Gulf South region. Under my leadership and management, TTRNO grew to earn an estimated annual revenue of 4.5 million dollars and a six-time recipient of the “Powersports Business Magazine’s Power 50.” An award that recognizes only the top 50 Powersports dealers out of 3,000 across North America. </p><p>Following the success of the dealership, I was recruited by top tech industry professionals in New Orleans to assess the viability of a business-to-business ​opportunity connecting association members to market research. Within a 90-day timeframe and little experience in the market data research and trade association fields, I successfully built the framework of the operations, financial, marketing and sales strategies of the business to test viability. Although the market was not ready to take, I successfully completed every goal outlined in the initial business plan. Through this experience, I gained a tremendous amount of insight and knowledge regarding the tech, market data research and trade associations industries. </p><p>I have extensive knowledge of daily management operations, business development, sales team management, growth planning, process creation and management, and fostering lasting client relationships. I strive to be efficient with strategic planning, organization, and communication amongst all team members and clients. I am self-motivated, adaptable, collaborative and quick to problem-solve to find solutions. Building relationships with businesses using sound judgment, confidentiality and understanding is vital.
