Job Description
Red Cypress Consulting is a worker-owned cooperative providing strategic communications consulting and creative services to help progressive nonprofits, foundations and political organizations win campaigns and shift narratives. Red Cypress’s portfolio is split between local and national/international projects and uses a business model that acknowledges the disparity in resources between national organizations and organizations based in the Deep South and uses tiered pricing to subsidize providing cutting edge communications and creative support to groups that otherwise would not be able to afford it.
Red Cypress Consulting seeks Digital and/or Electoral Strategist contractors to support its clients in leveraging digital technology and/or electoral campaign strategy to win progressive change. Digital Strategist contractors will support Red Cypress clients on projects focused on electoral campaign communications/strategy, including digital advertising. Electoral Strategist contractors will support our clients with campaign strategy and messaging and with communications coordination and execution. While we are looking for contractors with experience in both electoral and digital strategy, we are also open to specialized strategist candidates who might have a more narrowed expertise in either area.
This is an ideal freelance, contracting opportunity for an experienced digital organizer, campaigner, or political consultant looking to support progressive electoral campaigns in Louisiana and nationally.
Please complete the form if you are interested in working with Red Cypress as a contractor and you have skills and experience with one or more of the following: digital advertising, electoral campaign communications, electoral campaign strategy.
