Red Cypress Consulting is a worker-owned cooperative providing strategic communications consulting, research and creative services to help progressive nonprofits, foundations and political organizations win campaigns and shift narratives. Red Cypress’s portfolio is split between local and national/international projects and uses a business model that acknowledges the disparity in resources between national organizations and organizations based in the Deep South and uses tiered pricing to subsidize providing cutting edge communications and creative support to groups that otherwise would not be able to afford it.

Because we are a worker-owned cooperative, all employees, upon completing a six-month probationary period, will be expected to participate in the governance of the co-op and will share in any profits generated.
