About Inclusive Louisiana
Inclusive Louisiana is a faith-based, grassroots community advocate organization based in St. James Parish that works passionately to dismantle the injustices imposed daily on our health, air, water, and soil.
We seek a knowledgeable and experienced Social Media Coordinator to manage social media content and campaigns to promote the organization's mission and raise awareness.
This position is remote/hybrid and may require travel to St. James Parish at least once per week.
Job Title: Social Media Coordinator
Job Type: Part-time contract, 20 hours per week, remote/hybrid
Pay Rate: $30 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Design and distribute content on Inclusive's email and social media channels
- Monitor social media platforms for engagement, trends, and feedback and respond to
- comments and messages promptly.
- Collaborate with Marketing personnel to develop and implement social media strategies that
- align with the organization's goals.
- Analyze social media data and metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and make
- recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices to enhance the organization's online
- presence.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all social media channels.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in managing social media platforms for a non-profit organization.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using social media analytics tools and platforms.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate engaging content.
- Knowledge of non-profit marketing strategies and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of environmental issues and current trends in sustainability.
