About Wake
Wake is a 501c3 nonprofit organization, based in New Orleans, Louisiana, with a mission to provide education and resources to support meaningful, affordable, environmentally sustainable deathcare. Wake was founded in 2020 to provide direct service to individuals and families who are confronting death and dying, either their own or a loved one’s.
