Ramsey's is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is a drug-free workplace.</p><p><b>A little bit about Ramsey's...</b><br></p><p>Ramsey's Diamond Jewelers was founded in 1958 by Bob Ramsey as B & J Manufacturing Jewelers, a manufacturer of custom jewelry for other jewelers. In 1972, Ramsey's Jewelers opened their first retail store on West Esplanade in Metairie. In 1980, Robert Ramsey and his sister Lori Ramsey took over the operations of Ramsey's and in 1993 moved the West Esplanade store to a much bigger location on Veterans Blvd. In 1998, they made the decision to focus only on diamonds and diamond jewelry. In 2018, Ramsey's moved to a bigger, better store! Just up Veterans Blvd between Bonnabel Blvd and the Orleans parish line, across from Dorignac's food center.
