<p>About College Track:</p><p>Founded in 1997, College Track is a national non-profit organization that empowers students to achieve their dream of a college education. The mission of the organization is to empower students from underserved communities to graduate from college. College Track currently serves more than 1,800 high school and college students at centers in California (East Palo Alto, Los Angeles, Oakland, Sacramento, and San Francisco), Colorado (Aurora), and Louisiana (New Orleans).
