The Port is a landlord port with $ 100 million of gross revenues. The Maritime revenues originate from a diverse product mix of containers, breakbulk, cruise, and industrial real estate. The Port also operates a Class III short line railroad through the New Orleans Public Belt Railroad (NOPB) which connects the Port to six Class I railroads.<br></p>
