The role of Senior Director of R&D Operations presents an opportunity for this candidate to build a transformational philanthropic strategy aimed at creating sustained multi-generational impact from the ground up. This candidate is motivated by scaling innovation and measurable success at a national footprint. This is an audacious endeavor and an integral role that is as exciting as it is important. 

We are seeking someone who knows how to deliver on a big vision, who is able to devise and direct across multiple fronts while staying laser focused on critical tactical details. This person will identify necessary operational elements with studied foresight and prioritize those most relevant possibilities accordingly. They should bring with them the experience necessary to:

• create a broad operational strategy
• develop and implement national community-creation infrastructure action plan
• source and manage a growing team of implementers, leaders, creators/designers and diverse team members
• identify communication channels and other mechanisms needed to harness talent, leadership and ecosystem creation
• oversee budgets and other needed logistical elements
