<p>Rise Again Law Firm, LLC is a solo practice litigation firm - about 80% Plaintiff work and 20% Defense work.</p><p>The firm handles the following types of cases:&nbsp; contract disputes, landlord-tenant disputes, tax-tile disputes regarding ownership of immovable properties, personal injury, premises liability, Successions, appellate work and more.</p><p>The firm is looking for a part-time contract attorney to handle some of the case load, particularly regarding discovery, correspondence, scheduling, drafting of memos, drafting of briefs for appeals/writs.</p>
