Our father took the business inside and opened his first store on Metairie Road. Albert Zara continue to serve the people of New Orleans today on Prytania Street. Our 4838 Prytania Street location is a modern and convenient full scale grocery store including an on-site butcher and deli with Po-Boys, prepared foods and party trays.
