<p>Scandy is a small team of professionals dedicated to making great things by tackling hard problems. Some of the things we are building don’t come with a README.md file, so be prepared to break new ground.&nbsp;</p><p>We do work hard, but we don’t want to own your life. Work life balance is important to us.&nbsp;<br></p><p>We are fine with remote work arrangements. We’ve got a very cool workspace, but if you’d rather work from home on a Tuesday, just because? All good. Just be in touch on Slack and be ready to have a Zoom call when needed.</p><p>We have an equity stock option plan, and all employees are eligible to receive options after six months of full-time employment. We have been in business since 2014, so we have plenty of staying power.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br></p><p><br></p>
