Job Description
The Outreach Coordinator acts as a liaison between all Creole Cuisine Restaurant Concepts locations and the tourism/hospitality industry for the Greater New Orleans area. They are the point of contact for all industry professionals for restaurant inquiries and special needs.
The Outreach Coordinator visits hotels, convention centers, and communities. Meets with Concierge, front desk, valet, and bellmen to develop relationships and inform them of pertinent restaurant updates, news, and information to promote and sell each individual brand.
The Outreach Coordinator creates and maintains lasting partnerships with hotels and other hospitality professionals by hosting socials, catering meetings/events and offering “exclusive promotions” for these individuals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
•Execute day-to-day hotel routes assigned by the Director of Marketing
•Complete weekly hotel reports
•Work with the Marketing Department on different promotions and events
•Work alongside the sales team by cultivating and sending leads from hotels for corporate events, special events, and other private events
•Work in conjunction with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop promotional materials and marketing campaigns to market our different concepts to the appropriate audience
•Organize socials and events for Hospitality industry professionals to showcase the different brands
•Stay up to date on the Conventions in the city and provide the Convention Center with all needed material to promote our concepts
•Work with Organizations around the city to build brand awareness
Qualifications
· Experience in marketing, communications, business, or other related fields.
· 2-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry
· Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build good working relationships
· Self-motivated and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
· Great communication skills and ability to think on your feet
· Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced work environment
· Availability to participate and work evenings & weekend events as needed
· Ability to speak in front of large audiences comfortably
Preferred
· Bachelor’s degree preferred
· Marketing/Sales/Retail experience
· Restaurant industry experience
