Job Description

Join us for a three-hour hospitality training December 3 or 4, focused on service excellence and empowering you to become an ambassador of outstanding guest experiences, hosted at the renowned New Orleans Culinary & Hospitality Institute (NOCHI). This free program, available to all service industry members, is offered in partnership with Sodexo Live! and covers best practices in guest engagement, teamwork, and personalized service. Participants will gain hands-on insights and techniques to elevate the guest experience, blending New Orleans’ unique hospitality flair with world-class service standards. 

Registration required:

December 3 | 9 AM - 12 PM

December 4 | 1 PM - 4 PM

Our intensive curriculum was designed in partnership with CIA Consulting of the Culinary Institute of America.  

NOCHI's 90,000 square-foot facility offers students a wealth of resources, equipped with state-of-the-art equipment. The campus includes: culinary and baking & pastry teaching labs, traditional classrooms, a food science & sensory testing lab, a beverage lab for wine & spirits classes, a dining lab for pop-up dining experiences, large-scale catering & production kitchens, a computer & technology lab, rooftop terraces, and an on-site cafe.
