CCI Productions specializes in large and grand format print production, creative design, custom fabrication, and professional installation. Our extensive product portfolio and aggressive turnaround times attract an impressive client list nationwide. We are heavily event based, producing work for festivals, conventions, film productions, hospitals, hotels, casinos, etc., but are best known for our work with collegiate and professional sports teams, and national championship events.

We are currently seeking a Project Manager to work with both new and existing clients. Our Project Managers are the frontline of our company. Since they are the main point of contact our clients have with us, offering exceptional customer service is of utmost importance. We empower our Project Managers to resolve client needs and provide the best possible experience, allowing them to build strong relationships with both new and existing clients.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee multiple jobs, from conception to completion.
• Provide timely responses to customer inquiries, requests, and concerns.
• Help clients achieve their vision by understanding their needs, offering solutions, and advising on product and materials options.
• Conduct site surveys to assess location, note installation requirements, take photographs and precise measurements.
• Proactively identify and mitigate any risks or potential issues.
• Generate accurate estimates and detailed work orders.
• Effectively communicate clients’ design needs and brand standards to our art team.
• Review print specs and artwork pre-production to ensure accuracy.
• Follow up on pending estimates and proof approvals.
• Stay on top of any changes and edit work orders accordingly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure job success.
• Keep clients up-to-date on the status of their jobs.
• Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Monitor job progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure job deliverables are of high quality and meet client expectations.
