Mobility City of Greater New Orleans is a one-stop-shop for mobility equipment solutions. Our company offers repair, rental, and sales services for wheelchairs, mobility scooters, power and lift chairs, hospital beds and more. Our goal is to help people of all ages maintain their independence and improve their quality of life through mobility solutions.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Store Manager located in Metairie. The Retail Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, managing inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Retail sales and management experience
Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
Organizational skills
Be a self-starter and take initiative.
Strong work ethic
Excellent phone, listening and communication skills.
Be able to open and close store M-F 8:30-5 and Saturdays 10-2
Knowledge of computer systems including Microsoft Office, QuickBooks Online
Be able to resolve issues and problems independently.
Able to lift between 25-75 lbs.
