Job Description
teachNOLA Fellows will work as full-time teachers (earning a full time teaching salary and benefits) for the 2022-2023 school year and be eligible for Professional Teaching Certification in June 2023.
teachNOLA provides an affordable and accelerated pathway to the classroom. The program begins on May 31, 2022 with a 5 week, full-time pre-service training. Fellows teach full time during the 2022-2023 school year, while continuing to complete certification coursework. At the end of the one year program, Fellows are eligible for professional teaching certification.
No previous teaching experience required, as we believe that skills from all previous experiences are transferable into the classroom.

Eligibility Requirements
· Must have bachelor’s degree by June 1, 2022
· Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
· Must not be a licensed teacher
· Must be able to pass an FBI background investigation
· Must have a minimum 2.2 cumulative undergraduate GPA
