Production Associate Summary
TrayAway is an exciting global startup technology company based in the heart of New Orleans. As a production associate you’ll be working closely with the founding team members of TrayAway. This is an entry level position that could grow into a much larger role.
Responsibilities
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent production quality
• Maintain a high level of professionalism throughout all levels of client and colleague interactions
• Create hotel software accounts through a user-friendly platform
• Register small hardware technology to the appropriate software accounts
• Test hardware technology to ensure a high-quality user experience
• Assemble hardware technology and place in custom storage containers
• Package and ship product to hotel
Requirements
• Proficiency in English
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
• Attention to detail
• Basic computer and administration skills
