Job Description
Job Summary:
We seek an experienced Aviation Construction Scheduler with a minimum of 10 years in heavy construction scheduling. The ideal candidate will manage and maintain project schedules for large-scale aviation infrastructure projects, including runways, terminals, and other aviation facilities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage detailed construction schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project timelines.
- Track and report on project progress, identifying risks and delays.
- Perform critical path analysis and adjust schedules as necessary to mitigate delays.
- Ensure compliance with aviation industry regulations (FAA, DOT, etc.).
- Provide regular updates to project managers and clients.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience scheduling heavy civil or aviation construction projects.
- Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, aviation-related software, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
- Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, critical path analysis, and resource management.
- Familiarity with aviation construction regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
