DOCPACE has ambitious growth plans for 2023. Our sales team is growing rapidly to serve our customer interest and we’re looking for a stellar Account Executive to join our team.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Looking to shift gears into a fast-pace sales role and build upon prior experience? This role offers an incredible opportunity for growth as top-performing Account Executives have an opportunity to experience hockey stick growth and advance into a leadership role.

As an Account Executive at DOCPACE, you will be on the front lines of our fast- growing and high-performing sales team. You will conduct strategic research to determine the best prospective companies, and cultivate business relationships to increase the sales of our organization. You will be responsible for converting prospects to trial users and onto happy paying customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Your main responsibilities will be generating user growth and revenue for DOCPACE.

    Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion

    Outreach to prospects via email, phone, events, conferences, etc

    Develop a 30/60/90 day sales plan and present on progress weekly

    Identify problems or challenges and actively work to resolve on own or engage other resources when necessary

    Utilize CRM (HubSpot) to update and organize sales data
    Be knowledgeable about the product
    Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems
    Collaborate with colleagues in many different sectors

QUALIFICATIONS

    Bachelor's Degree preferred
    Communication / Sales / Business is preferred
    Proactive problem solving mentality
    Customer service skills to listen to the concerns of a customer and be able to address their needs
    Interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people each day, build relationships and network
    Confidence and strong self-assuredness to succeed in cold-calling customers and making a sale
    Communication skills to clearly convey the benefits of a product to potential customers
    SaaS sales experience especially in healthcare preferred but not mandatory
