Job Description
Are you a high-energy, goal-driven sales professional with a passion for the restaurant industry? The Louisiana Restaurant Association is seeking an Energetic Sales Professional to join our team and play a crucial role in driving growth and success for our members. As part of our team, you will actively identify, prospect, and acquire new restaurant members, build and maintain strong relationships, and understand the unique needs of restaurant owners to offer valuable solutions. You will collaborate with the marketing team on effective sales campaigns, provide exceptional customer service, stay updated on industry trends, and represent the LRA at industry events.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record in sales and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field. The ideal candidate is energetic, self-motivated, goal-oriented, and has exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of the restaurant industry is a significant plus. Strong organizational and time management abilities are essential, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. We offer a competitive base salary and commission structure, health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K with match, ongoing training and development opportunities, and the chance to be part of a passionate and supportive team in a dynamic and exciting industry. This is a full-time position with commission pay, requiring work on the road.
