Job Description

Are you passionate about empowering teams through technology training? LSU Health Sciences Center is seeking a dynamic and experienced trainer to lead our enterprise training initiatives across PeopleSoft Financials, Human Capital Management, and Campus Solutions.

 

About the Role

Reporting to the CIO and collaborating with functional stakeholders and the IT Director – Applications, you will:

  • Lead and coordinate training for new implementations, upgrades (PeopleTools, applications, and training software), and ongoing production support.
  • Design and execute training plans tailored to stakeholder needs.
  • Manage content for the PeopleSoft Support web pages.
  • Supervise a team of Training Coordinators.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Proven experience in training coordination, preferably within PeopleSoft environments.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Direct Reports: 2 Training Coordinators
  • Department: Information Technology
  • Business Sector: Higher Education
