Job Description
Barre3 is an efficient and effective workout that combines strength, cardio, and mindfulness. In addition to 170+ studios and an online-workout platform streaming workouts in 156+ countries, barre3 includes wellness retreats, purposeful retail products, and a thriving community that celebrates body positivity and inherent strength. We teach you to be balanced in body by helping you strengthen muscles that suffer from lack of daily use in your day-to-day life. But we also teach you to be empowered from within by encouraging you to shift your focus from how you look to how you feel.
POSITION:
Our Operations Support Staff will be responsible for assisting the Front Desk Lead + Manager with membership and package sales, building meaningful connections with our clients, ensuring a remarkable experience at our studios, and following our protocol for engagement and membership. Previous customer service or boutique fitness experience preferred but not required. 10-20 hours a week available. Daytime availability required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client Relations + Front Desk
Assist in checking in clients, booking next visits, and assisting clients in achieving their wellness goals;
Maintain accurate client records and needs;
Sales goals and lead management;
Managerial tasks including but not limited to client relations, administrative work and tracking.
Operations + Management
Ensure the smooth implementation of corporate-led campaigns
Dissemination of information regarding campaigns, execution of in-studio requirements for the campaigns, and garnering staff buy-in
Light handiwork and management including but not limited to ensuring lights and sound equipment are functioning, managing service appointments, etc.
Assisting management with staffing and identifying future employees
REQUIREMENTS:
Profound communication, sales, and customer service skills;
Dedication to growth mindset and love of learning;
Goal-oriented and demonstrated ability to achieve benchmarks;
Self-motivated, strong organizational skills, and must be able to learn on the job/work independently
Ability to work at our Magazine and Metairie Road locations
COMPENSATION & PERKS:
Starting $17.50/hr for the first 30 days with room for growth
