Job Description

Are you a visionary leader passionate about driving change and making a lasting impact?
The Al Copeland Foundation (ACF) seeks a dynamic Director to shape our strategic direction, build awareness, and secure vital support for our mission.
Overview:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive plan aligned with our mission. Identify growth opportunities and innovative programs.
- Fundraising and Financial Management: Lead campaigns, grant applications, and donor cultivation efforts. Ensure responsible fiscal stewardship and meticulous reporting.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with donors, partners, and the community. Represent ACF at events and meetings.
- Team Leadership: Act as the primary spokesperson and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Program Development: Oversee impactful programs addressing community needs. Monitor effectiveness and recommend enhancements.
- Reporting and Evaluation: Deliver regular reports to stakeholders and conduct evaluations to measure impact.
- Events & Execution: Coordinate fundraising events, manage logistics, and ensure asset security.
- Grants: Proposing grants, writing grants, and submitting grants.
Requirements:
- College degree in a related field (Master’s Degree preferred).
- 5-10 years of experience in Development and non-profit management.
- Proven experience in non-profit strategic planning and management.
- Track record of successful campaign and event execution.
- Ability to cultivate relationships and secure sponsorship support.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Adaptability and ability to manage multiple priorities.
