Join Our Team as a Membership Retention Coordinator!
Are you passionate about fostering strong member relationships and enhancing organizational efficiency? Look no further! The Louisiana Restaurant Association is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Membership Retention Coordinator.
As the Membership Retention Coordinator, you will spearhead the membership retention side of our association, contribute to our member retention strategy, and coordinate exciting inside sales opportunities. You'll also play a crucial role in enhancing membership development and identifying opportunities for improved outreach to members and prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the membership and retention strategy of our association
- Coordinate inside sales opportunities for membership
- Enhance membership development and identify opportunities for improved efficiencies
- Serve as the main point of contact for member services engagement, inquiries, and benefits
Qualifications:
- Proficient in customer service engagement with inbound and outbound touchpoints
- Working knowledge of various computer programs
- Excellent communication skills
- Adaptability and strong organizational skills
- Highly organized and Meticulous mindset
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of college experience or equivalent work experience
- Preferably a minimum of 2 years of working in databases
- Prior experience in customer service in a professional setting required
- Managerial experience in the restaurant/hospitality industry preferred
