ABOUT INCLUSIVELY:
Inclusively is a digital tech platform that connects candidates with disabilities, who may benefit from workplace accommodations, to inclusive employers. This includes all disabilities under the ADA, including mental health conditions (e.g. anxiety, depression, PTSD), chronic illnesses (e.g. diabetes, Long COVID), and neurodivergence (e.g. autism, ADHD). Applicants with one or more of these conditions are encouraged to apply; Inclusively does not require applicants to disclose their specific disability.
Position Summary:
- If you are passionate about a Motion Graphics role with sports teams, you’re in the right place!
- We are seeking a full-time Manager of Motion Graphics who will be dedicated to content creation, collaborating with internal departments to plan and build animations for the teams’ in-stadium video board shows, marketing campaigns, corporate partnerships, and community relations initiatives.
- This is a unique opportunity to join a world-class organization that is known for its exceptional content and flawless execution. As the Manager of Motion Graphics, you will lead a team that is responsible for creating captivating animations for in-stadium video board shows, marketing campaigns, corporate partnerships, and community relations initiatives. Your creativity and expertise will determine the success of our multimedia presentations and contribute to the overall game-day experience for our fans.
What you will be doing:
- Supervise all creative content for the teams in-game video board activations and LED ribbon boards.
- Oversee and provide guidance to Motion Graphics Coordinators and Associates.
- Collaborate with the video production department to produce, edit, and design graphics and animation packages for both game and non-game day content.
- Conceptualize, design, and build animations to support Game Experience and video/LED presentations (e.g., Starting Lineups, Show Open, In-Game Activation Introductions).
- Stay current with trends and ideas within the motion graphics/animation industry.
- Work with other departments to address video production and motion graphic needs.
- Operate control room software and play-out systems for home games (e.g., Ross Xpression, Click Effects).
- Perform other duties as assigned. Must be available to work all home games.
What you’ll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in television, communications, animation, digital media, motion graphics, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated ability in motion graphics, animation, video editing, and/or live video production.
- Solid understanding of Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Proficiency in Cinema 4D and/or Element 3D.
- Former management and/or leadership experience required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of effectively managing priorities in a dynamic and energetic work setting.
- Knowledge of and passion for football and basketball.
- Position will be required to lift 25 lbs. and work nights, weekends, holidays and early mornings as needed.
What we offer:
- Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance options
- 401K with employer contributions
- Paid parental leave
- PTO and paid holidays
- Wellness Program
