Job Description
Put your people skills into action and flex your ambition in our paid junior account manager internship program.
As our junior account intern, at Comfy Stone, you’ll be supporting the senior account managers in managing client video projects from inception to completion.
This is an internship starting in January 2024, requiring 20 to 40 flexible hours per week.
This Internship is right for you if you are:
- Recent-grad
- Marketing, advertising, or business major (or have marketing and/or advertising coursework)
- Currently located in New Orleans
- Comfortable working on-site at our office
- Exhibit strong attention to detail, ensuring that all tasks are executed with excellence.
- Are able to communicate consistently and effectively with team members.
- Are capable of working both as a team player and proficiently as a solo worker.
- Are proactive and not afraid to ask questions when unclear about tasks or responsibilities.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting in client management tasks, such as coordinating meetings and maintaining relationships.
- Facilitating the delivery of project deliverables to clients on time.
- Assisting clients in providing the necessary materials and deliverables for project completion.
- Filling and preparing production documents for video shoots.
- Being an integral part of the team that ensures client satisfaction.
- Monitoring and reporting on industry trends relevant to our clients.
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Base level competence in Google Office programs including Google Docs, Google Slides, and Google Sheets.
