Job Description
The Office Network is now seeking Customer Service Representatives for our clients. Many of our partners are Fortune 500 companies. This is a 100% Work From Home opportunity. Pay can range from $9.00 to $23.00/hour depending on which client you partnership with. Paid training is provided and performance bonues/incentives are available. CSRs are the primary interface for our customers, providing timely and accurate answers to their questions and addressing their concerns. Their work is performed in a dynamic and rewarding environment where they are responsible for working individually and as part of a team to deliver outstanding service to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound telephone calls in a timely manner.
- Answer e-mail inquiries in a timely manner.
- Provide information regarding products and services.
- Meet company sales goals.
- Attend semi-weekly team meetings.
- Ensure a quiet, noise free work space.
Equipment Requirement:
- Windows 10 or 11 OS
- 64GB or higher hard drive
- 8.0 GB RAM
- Intel I Core Class or AMD APU Class, 1.4 GHZ DUAL CORE or better CPU
- Active internet connection through hardwire Ethernet.
- Home Landline
- USB VoIP Headset
- Dual monitors may be required.
