Job Description
Looking to launch your real estate career, but concerned about the startup cost?
The KW New Orleans real estate brokerage is now accepting applications from motivated individuals. This is a great opportunity to learn more about the real estate industry and gain real life exposure to real estate processes, network with our top & rising agents, and gain office management skills.
Being licensed is not a requirement, but a bonus.
Candidates should be:
- Organized and able to function in a fast paced environment
- Outgoing & able to greet people with a smile, should dress appropriately and be presentable to greet guests as the face of the KW New Orleans office.
- Have excellent communication skills and the ability to speak to customers over the phone and email with agents & vendors
- Exude luxury-level hospitality for all guests who enter the office & welcome them warmly
- Have strong attention to detail especially when preparing & maintaining the office
- Computer skills with the ability to operate Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Instagram/Facebook, (experience with Canva, Mailchimp, Adobe, is a plus!)
