We’re looking for an Integrated Producer to join the team at Trumpet. This motivated, organized and positive leader will be a primary point of client contact for the execution of digital, creative and strategic projects. Trumpet partners with leadership teams to create Believable Brands. Aligning internal and external elements with what a company believes in and stands for — not exclusively what they make, sell or do. Within that context, our Producer will kick-off each project from the initial scope and see it through to final delivery. In addition to keeping projects internally moving, and the main point of contact with their clients, they’ll interface with vendors on a daily basis. In agency terms, this position combines the skills needed to make an excellent account executive, project manager and producer all in one.

• Ability to lead internal departments (Strategy, Creative, Tech) and individuals (Junior Producer) while providing strategic guidance to clients.
• Maintain contact and develop a positive, productive relationship with assigned clients. 
• Utilizes knowledge of agile project management.
• Responsible for ensuring all work within the agency is Creatively Excellent, Aligned with Strategy and Completed On Time and On Budget.
• Leadership of all media executions (Digital Marketing, Social, Traditional)
• Manages content management and quality assurance during the web production process.
• Openly communicates with all key personnel on a daily basis to discuss resourcing needs and works with the larger Producer team to correctly allocate resources.
• Creates annual and project-based budgets.  Manages budget tracking per project with vendors, contractors, etc.
• Energized by the management of numerous projects at one time

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of experience producing interactive and creative projects (or directly related experience).
• Experience delivering digital products, including responsive websites, digital marketing campaigns, social media and original content.
• Intimate knowledge of relevant web and digital industry tools, UX best practices, trends and technology.
• Familiarity with rapid prototyping and other digital methodologies.
• Experience working with various creative production methods (Print, Video, Photo, Signage, etc.)
• Employs excellent listening, communication and team-work skills.
• Strong communication, time management and organization skills.
• Demonstrated self-starter that works well within a highly collaborative, multi-disciplinary team.
• Client management proficiency in written and verbal communication.
• Possess strong critical-thinking skills and the ability to use good judgement.
• Quick thinking and responsive to evolving responsibilities and changing environments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects across clients at one time.
• Experience working with Project Management Software (ideally Advantage and Basecamp).
• Proficiency in Mac OS, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) & Presentation Platforms (Keynote, Powerpoint).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
