Job Description
Experience Requirements:
-4+ Years of Project Management experience on commercial projects
-Bachelors degree - preferably in Business Admin, Construction/Project Management
-Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
-Understanding of MS Office products, spreadsheet, and data bases
-Track record of proven leadership abilities
-Lift/Carry up to 75 pounds
-Experience with vertical construction projects
Start Date: Immediate
Job Entails:
-Responsible for generating and updating schedule
-Procurement of job
-Contract administration
-Quality Control
-Staying within budget
-Effectively communicate with project staff, management and contractors
Compensation:
Salary: $75,000 - $105,000 (commensurate with experience)
-Health/Dental/Vision
