Director of Finance 

Director of Finance’s Main Objective: Overall, the Director of Finance will be responsible for overseeing and managing the financial health of the organization.

Job Description:

The Director of Finance will oversee and manage all of the financial operations of our company including but not limited to: 

• Enforcing a financial strategy aimed at profitable long-term growth
• Improve company financial performance and controls to prepare for scale 
• Preparing & presenting financial reports crucial to the company decision making process during weekly and monthly meetings
• Conducting analysis of financial risk and benefits on new business initiatives
• Participate and contribute to the company’s leadership team 
• Developing quarterly and annual financial plans and projections
• Tracking profit/loss performance by site & region
• Liaising with other departments & clinical sites on financial issues
• Maintain payroll including commission and bonus calculations
• Overseeing multiple sets of books (in quickbooks) for entities in different states
• Accounts receivable & payable management
• Arranging & conducting financial audits
• Reconciling financial discrepancies
• Maintaining accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies & procedures
• Guiding finance team by coordinating activities and deliverables

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 5+ years’ financial management experience
• Experience overseeing a company that has had rapid growth is a plus 
• Strong knowledge of and experience using Quickbooks required
• Tax experience not required
• Coffee drinkers preferred. Tea drinkers accepted.
