Job Description
Position Description: The Partnership Account Manager is responsible for raising between 30-35% of annual TOTCF revenue and is responsible for working alongside marketing, programming, and logistics departments to provide a streamlined sales process and a consistent and positive client experience. Additionally, this position considers brand and economy when designing and executing events, ensuring an exciting and professional appearance and establishing TOTC, TOT and all TOTCF events as the brand standard of the spirits and hospitality industry.
Essential Core Position Functions & Responsibilities
- Cultivate meaningful relationships with brand partners within assigned accounts to provide exceptional service catered to client’s goals and priorities
- Successfully secure annual and program sales goals in assigned accounts portfolio, including oversight of all contracting and invoicing in a timely manner, client management, and ensuring all deliverables are executed
- Meet individual quarterly/annual sales goals within assigned accounts and markets
- Effectively communicate through proposals and presentations
- Collaborate with Partnerships Team on development of new products and sponsorable opportunities that provide measurable results and generate incremental revenue with existing and new business
- Work with CEO and Partnership Director on identifying industry trends and drive the creation of new sales and partnership opportunities
