The Covery Wellness spa is seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our team! At The Covery, we strive to empower our clients to achieve optimal wellness through a customized approach rooted in education, evidence-based treatments, and personalized care. Responsibilities

² Lead the nurses in daily duties.

² Conduct comprehensive, good faith assessments of clients in-spa, and develop and adjust treatment plans based on client needs.

² Engage in off-site teleheath good faith assessments with clients when needed.

² Administer vitamins and medications via IV and injection and monitor client responses to treatments.

² Maintain accurate and thorough medical records and documentation for all client interactions.

² Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to all HIPPA regulations and guidelines.

² Provide outstanding client care and hospitality while building and maintaining long-term client relationships.

² Assist management in developing and implementing training programs for nurses to enhance their skills and customer service capabilities.

² Manage medical inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to maximize profitability.

² Collaborate with the ownership team to identify and promote potential new services and off-site events.

² Handle medical-related client inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.

² Engage in community networking and business development activities.

Requirements

² Current, unencumbered NP license in the State of Louisiana.

² Proficiency in IV insertion and aseptic technique.

² Familiarity with HIPPA regulations and medical documentation practices.

² Ability to work weekends.

² Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

² Confidence in working with EMRs and basic computing skills. (MindBody experience preferred)

² Strong knowledge and/or interest in preventative health and holistic wellness.

² Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

² Dermatology and/or aesthetics experience is preferred.

² Knowledge and experience with weight loss GLP-1 medication is preferred.

² Knowledge and experience with neurotoxins, fillers, and hormone replacement therapy is a plus.

² Ability to use social media to market your skills is highly preferred.
