Job Description

Gramercy Labs is looking for a Full-Time Recruiter with full cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing to interviewing and hiring great employees. Other responsibilities will include: 


  • Review and analyze resumes using our in-house ATS software program
  • Scour job search websites for potential recruits and contact those candidates personally
  • Interview potential candidates 
  • Source and qualify potential candidates
  • Provide summary write ups on candidate submissions
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews
  • Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices




Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field is preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience recruiting for start-up companies is a major plus!
  • Effective negotiating skills
  • Extensive knowledge of applicant tracking systems
  • Familiarity with job hunting websites
  • Comfortable making decisions independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
  • Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing methods
