Job Description

TITLE: Catering Dishwasher 

REPORTS TO: Chef de Cuisine, Sous Chef, and Catering Manager


JOB PURPOSE

Upkeep of the kitchen and maintaining clean workspace

Convey and maintain Bacchanal’s core values 


PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Washing all dirty dishes during prep and after event service

Daily cleaning and organizing projects around the kitchen

Minor food prep work 


MAINTENANCE OF COMMISSARY KITCHEN

Liaise with commissary kitchen manager to ensure all kitchen rules and procedures are being followed and respected

Ensure proper kitchen safety and standards are being met

Ensure all items are always cleaned, reset and in order following each event


Experience

Catering experience preferred, however general kitchen dish experience is required.


Compensation

$20/hr
