Job Description
A local non-profit healthcare company is looking to bring on a new accounting professional to their team! Basically, this person needs to have excellent knowledge of the monthly financial process including account reconciliations. This organization does not have overly complicated financial statements, but they are a nonprofit so there will always be those added wrinkles. Ideal candidates will be familiar with accounting systems (preferably Sage Intact), have strong command of MS Excel, trustworthy, reliable, emotionally mature, and able to operate with limited to no supervision. This will not always be a job where you can punch out at 5pm every single day; there will be days when various audits are taking place or when quarterlies are due when you’ll be required to stay a little late to finish the job.
