RESPONSIBILITIES;

• Strong leadership skills •

• Ability to manage teams of artists, teams leads and their stages of progress •

• Manage projects, timelines and resources using project management software

• (we are open to suggested software) •

• Must be able to scope projects, plan timelines and assess risks, with the character to pro-actively

• lead your projects forwards in both planning and implementation stages •

• Help artists, fabricators, painters, trim to complete deliverables on time and within allocated budget •

• Work well under tight deadline •

• Create project plan and schedule •

• Have excellent communication skills, work well in group situations •

• Submit weekly reports and attend weekly project meetings •

• Monitors changes or delays to the project schedule and adjust accordingly to meet deadlines •

• Supervise project development and monitor quality assurance •

• Ability to establish and maintain timelines and schedules •

• Ability to problem solve and manage a crisis situation

QUALFICATIONS.

• 3-4 years of project management experience •

• Experience in managing projects, timelines and resources •

• Contribute creatively and productively in team brainstorms •

• Must be able to scope projects, plan realistic timelines, assess risks, with the character to pro-actively

• lead the project forward in both planning and implementation stages •

• Communicate and coordinate with teams both on and off site
