What You’ll Do at Civilized

As an SDR, you will help build a new kind of civic network — coordinating citizens, nonprofits, and city governments into a single AI-powered system for community action.

Your role combines traditional outbound sales with something new:

You’ll help design how AI-powered sales actually works.

You will:

• Identify and map nonprofit and civic organizations across our markets
• Run outbound campaigns using AI-assisted research, personalization, and automation
• Book qualified meetings for our Account Executive team
• Continuously refine outreach strategies using data and experimentation
• Partner with leadership and product teams to improve the tools you use
• Help define scalable workflows that future AI SDR systems will run

This is a high-ownership role.

You are not just executing a playbook — you are helping build it.

Who You Are

• 1–3+ years in SDR, BDR, or outbound sales
• High activity, high ownership, highly accountable
• Curious about AI and excited to use it deeply
• Frustrated by inefficiencies in current sales tools
• Comfortable experimenting and learning quickly
• You care about impact as much as performance
