Job Description

Salary:

  • $64,266-$75,475 *Salary is based on degree and years of experience

Work Duration:

  • 220 Days
  • 7.5 Hours/Day

Responsibilities:

  • Manages, supervises, schedules, and evaluates box office and front-of-house personnel
  • Coordinates with external vendors and district partners to schedule and oversee security, custodial, and support services for all events
  • Ensures seamless audience services operations for all performances, educational programs, and events, serving as the primary on-site front-of-house lead
  • Oversees inventory and readiness of box office, concessions, and front-of-house supplies to support efficient event operations
  • Oversees all ticketing operations, including use of ticketing software, order processing, sales reconciliation, and secure ticket distribution
  • Prepares and maintains box office financial and attendance records, including receipts, deposits, ticketing reports, and event summaries in coordination with Center leadership
  • Responds to audience concerns and service issues professionally and efficiently, providing feedback to leadership to support continuous improvement of audience services policies and procedures

Certification Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Theatre, Arts Administration, Hospitality, Management, or a related field OR minimum three (3) years full-time work-related experience in performing arts venue operations, audience services, or event management
  • Proven ability to supervise box office, concessions, ushers, and front-of-house personnel
  • Flexibility to work varying and extended hours including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to respond to audience concerns and service issues professionally and efficiently to support continuous improvement.
