Job Description

Colmex Construction LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our growing team. This fully remote position supports our administrative and project management teams by ensuring accurate data input, document management, and record maintenance.


Key Responsibilities
  • Enter and update data into company databases and systems accurately
  • Review documents for errors and correct discrepancies
  • Maintain digital filing systems and records
  • Assist with invoice processing and project documentation
  • Generate basic reports as needed
  • Communicate with team members to verify information

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred)
  • 1+ year of data entry or administrative experience
  • Strong typing skills with high accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Compensation
  • Pay Rate: $19 – $28 per hour, depending on experience
